By accessing this website, submitting a research-account application, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to each of the linked policies (Research Use & End-Use, Purchaser Qualification, Prohibited Uses, Product Documentation, Affiliate Compliance, Privacy, Shipping & Returns, Refund, and Contact & Legal).

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and must represent a qualified research entity as defined in the Purchaser Qualification Policy. Personal-use purchases are not eligible.

All reagents sold by OG Peptides are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food additives, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Reagents have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended for human or veterinary use. See the Research Use & End-Use Policy.

At checkout, the purchaser must complete the mandatory purchaser certification. The certification is not pre-selected and must be actively confirmed.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. OG Peptides may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including orders it reasonably suspects to be intended for a prohibited use.

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy and the Refunds & Returns Policy. In summary: orders may be cancelled for a full refund, including shipping, before carrier handoff; there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges after shipment for change of mind or selecting the wrong product; and damaged, incorrect, or missing items, or apparent product specification problems, must be reported within 14 calendar days after delivery. Verified fulfillment errors or product problems qualify for replacement at our expense or a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to OG Peptides in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OG Peptides from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from breach of these terms, misuse of reagents, or violation of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OG Peptides is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in these terms states or implies that OG Peptides is guaranteed to comply with FDA, FTC, state, payment-processor, or other regulatory requirements. All content is subject to review by qualified U.S. counsel prior to publication.
