Purchaser Qualification Policy

OG Peptides accepts research-account applications from laboratories, educational institutions, government or national laboratories, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, hospitals with an institutional research group, and other qualified research entities.

Guest checkout is not available. Personal-use, consumer wellness, and personal-experimentation purchases are not eligible.

The research-account application collects the applicant's legal name, organization name, organization type, institutional or business email, business address, research area, intended in-vitro application, an authorized-purchaser confirmation, and an end-use certification.

A registered account is required to view the catalogue and pricing and to place an order. The account's email address must be verified before products are shown or an order can be submitted, and every order requires the research-use purchaser certification at the point of order. Manual administrator approval of an account is not currently required before ordering. A registered account does not guarantee purchaser eligibility, regulatory approval, or any other legal status.

OG Peptides may review any registered account or optional research-account application at any time. Accounts or orders may be declined at OG Peptides' sole discretion, including where the purchaser cannot be verified as a qualified research entity or where the intended application appears inconsistent with in-vitro laboratory research.

OG Peptides may request additional documentation before accepting an order. An account that is suspended cannot place orders.

Account access remains conditional on continued compliance with these terms and with the Research Use & End-Use Policy, Prohibited Uses Policy, and Affiliate Compliance Policy (where applicable). OG Peptides may suspend or terminate an account at any time.

Nothing in this policy or elsewhere on this site states or implies that OG Peptides is guaranteed to comply with FDA, FTC, state, payment-processor, or other regulatory requirements. All content, policies, and procedures are subject to review by qualified U.S. counsel prior to publication.
