Affiliate Compliance Policy

Laboratory referral partners may not, in any medium or channel, publish or distribute content that:

• Makes human-health claims, including claims involving weight loss, appetite suppression, fat loss, muscle growth, athletic performance, injury recovery, tissue healing, inflammation, anti-aging, energy, anxiety, cognition, libido, blood sugar, immunity, skin improvement, disease treatment, disease prevention, or any other effect on the human or animal body;
• Describes, recommends, or implies personal or human use of any reagent;
• Publishes dosages, cycles, titration schedules, routes of administration, reconstitution-for-administration instructions, injection instructions, or syringe information;
• Shows before-and-after photographs, personal transformation imagery, bodybuilding or injection imagery, or patient testimonials;
• Compares any reagent to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or any other prescription medication;
• Uses prescription drug trademarks in text, metadata, image alt text, URLs, tags, or advertising;
• States or implies that any reagent treats, prevents, cures, mitigates, or diagnoses any condition;
• States or implies that any reagent is safe, pharmaceutical grade, clinical grade, medical grade, generic, FDA compliant, FDA registered, FDA approved, equivalent to an approved drug, or contains the same active ingredient as an approved drug;
• Violates FTC advertising guidelines or other applicable law in the partner's jurisdiction.

Partners must clearly disclose their referral relationship with OG Peptides in any content that references the company, its reagents, or a referral code, as required by applicable advertising law.

OG Peptides may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Suspend or terminate a partner's participation in the program;
• Require immediate removal of non-compliant content;
• Reverse commissions on orders attributable to non-compliant content;
• Report violations to relevant platforms and regulators.

Continued participation in the program is conditional on ongoing compliance with this policy and with all other OG Peptides policies.

Laboratory referral partners are independent parties and are not agents, employees, or representatives of OG Peptides. Partners are solely responsible for their content, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable law.
