Shipping Policy

OG Peptides fulfills orders from inventory located in California. We currently ship within the contiguous United States. In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Standard shipping is $12 for orders with a merchandise subtotal below $250 and free for orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250 or more. Eligibility is calculated after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. Shipping charges are displayed before payment when ordering is available.

Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service and destination and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is provided when your order ships. You can also request an order status update on our Track your order page.

If we cannot ship within our stated processing timeframe, we will notify you with a revised shipping estimate and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items, apparent product specification problems, packages marked delivered but not received, and packages not delivered must be reported within 14 calendar days, as described in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Contact ogpeptidescompany@gmail.com with your order number. A carrier delay alone does not establish that a package is lost; confirmed carrier loss qualifies for replacement or refund.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or reship parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address without an additional shipping charge.
